2. All prices are inclusive of delivery within Singapore only.

4. Items used in all flora arrangements are subject to their availability. Tree House Flowers & Gifts reserves the right to replace any item with another of equal value depending on availability.

5. Items or products purchased for delivery during Valentine's Week (10 Feb to 14 Feb) have to be ordered from our Valentine's Category. Orders made for delivery between 10Feb to 14Feb from non Valentine's day categories are subject to additional charges.

6. Customers are required to provide all the required details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay.

7. Tree House Flowers & Gifts reserve the right to verify and check the authenticity of any orders should any suspicion arise with regard to potential fraudulent credit card payments. The sender is required to provide authentic particulars, including a valid contact number. Tree House Flowers & Gifts will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should any information provided by the sender turn out to be invalid. Tree House Flowers & Gifts will report all alleged fraudulent cases to the relevant authorities.

8. Items on special offers are not eligible for further discount.

9. Warranty of Goods/Services: All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.

10. Prices: All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless marked for monthly promotional offers.

11. Payment Processing: All online payments are made via PayPal. Tree House Flowers & Gifts does not record or handle any credit card information for online orders.

12. Once the order is delivered or collected, the order is considered completed. We will not accept any order which has been delivered or collected for re-packaging, delivery or re-delivery.

13. Confirmation of Orders: We will send an electronic acknowledgment to the user within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. It is the responsibility of the user to call Tree House Flowers & Gifts should the user be in doubt of the online purchase, transaction or payment.
