As we do require time to prepare quality flowers & gifts, we encourage our customers to make purchase in advance to be able to deliver at their preferred date and time.

Specific time delivery

We do not provide specific time delivery for our online items. If you have a special plan for your gifts, we recommend you to contact us and discuss with our team.

 

Addon Items

Addon are for adding to our flowers and gifts delivery. We do not deliver addon items only. If customer purchased addon items only, they can collect the item on the date of delivery from our retail outlet.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

Tree House Flowers & Gifts will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

  • The recipient is not present at the given address within the hours which delivery was requested to take place.

  • The given address was incorrect.

  • There is no such person (recipient) at the given address.

  • There is no valid contact number given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient for successful delivery of the order.

Redirection

Unsuccessful delivery will be brought back to our outlet and our staff will contact sender with the provided contact details (an email will be send for overseas contact). Sender will be able to come to our outlet to collect the order or make a payment for a re-delivery of $15.

 

 

Substitution

  • Substitution of items such as baskets, soft toys and vases may be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. Our professional florists will substitute a similar item of equal or greater value

  • Due to seasonal supplies, availability of some flowers may be limited. In cases of such nature, substitutions may be made.

  • Our professional florists will ensure that the “look and feel” of the ordered arrangement is maintained, making every effort to take into consideration the shape, size, style and colour combinations.

  • In single variety arrangements, variety takes precedence over colour.

 

Restricted Area

We do not deliver to the following place:

  • Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes

  • All military camps

  • All PSA ports, including Singapore Cruise Centre

  • Selected universities' & other tertiary institutions' campuses

  • Jurong Island

 

International Delivery

Currently we only deliver to address in singapore and do not provide international delivery.

 

Cancellation of Order

  • Customers can cancel their order before the order is delivered.

  • There will be administrative charge based on time of cancellation. Refer to the table below for refund details.
